Lithe Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for a hands-on implementation role in Dubai. This position involves coaching teams through Agile and Scrum adoption, managing organisational change, and influencing senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 7 years of Agile coaching experience, a valid UAE work visa, and a strong background in both team and enterprise-level coaching with knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks. The contract is initially for 6 months with the potential for extension.
