Job Description

Job Summary: 
We are searching for professional AR Operations Officers to represent our clients by providing remarkable service to their customers. The job holder is responsible for performing cash application/AR activities, following up on overdue accounts, maintaining regular customer contact and addressing all inquiries with accurate and efficient response.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform cash application and AR activities, including posting incoming payments and account reconciliation
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, discrepancies, disputes, and deductions
Handle query resolution, adjustments, and customer issues within company policies
Support chargebacks and negotiation of repayment terms with customers
Maintain accurate records, meet performance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
Liaise with internal stakeholders and provide support to Department Head on ad-hoc tasks
