Senior Advisor, Seed Systems & Global Policy Advocacy

SWISSAID seeks a Senior Advisor Seed Systems (70%) to lead strategic guidance and knowledge management on farmer-managed seed systems. The role focuses on advocacy at international fora and domestic Swiss policy influence, working closely with a diverse team in Bern or Lausanne.

You will supervise project quality, engage stakeholders, and collaborate across country offices and partners to advance agroecological transformation. The position starts 1 September 2026 or later.
