We’re a Culture and Capability team focused on leading and managing the Weaving the Cloak – Whiria te Tāngata programme to embed our organisational culture and values across the business.
The team is responsible for developing and delivering the organisation’s capability-building strategy and learning programmes, supporting our people to lift performance and achieve the goals of Te Korowai o Kaitiakitanga, including strengthening our regulatory approach.
