The **Senior Advisor, Category Management (Gases)** is a senior category leader who owns high-complexity, high-value, operationally critical category portfolios and drives multi-site strategies, complex negotiations, proactive supplier and stakeholder communication and implements significant change across Phillips 66 in the Industrial Gases category.

This individual contributor role is accountable for shaping and executing category strategy, architecture, and playbooks for the Industrial Gases category domains, leading cross-functional activities and teams to deliver material commercial value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and manage risk at scale.
