Role Overview:
As a B2C Sales Executive, you will be responsible for consultative selling of our online UG & PG degree programs to working professionals, freshers, and students.
You’ll play a key role in guiding prospects through the enrollment journey—from inquiry to admission—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and maintain regular follow-up with previously contacted leads to achieve sales objectives.
• Engage with candidates through telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats, providing them with a compelling learning experience.
• Understand each lead’s background, educational goals, career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable degree programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA, etc.).
