Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of policy documentation such as new business, endorsements, renewals, etc.
- Participate in company level committees for ad‑hoc projects to improve and expand the company’s operations/business.
- Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of the Credit Controller.
- Review and improve the department’s operation/business.
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
- Tertiary education.
- Relevant qualifications in general insurance (minimum CGI) – preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year experience in general insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and organised.
