Senior Actuarial Consultant

**About The Role**

HUB International's Alternative Risk Solutions practice is hiring a Senior Actuarial Consultant to lead captive advisory, broking, and quantitative risk analysis engagements. This is a senior consulting role with a team leadership dimension: you will own complex analytical deliverables and market-facing activities end-to-end, mentor junior analysts, and translate captive economics and risk financing alternatives into clear strategic guidance for C-suite, risk management, and board audiences.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead captive feasibility, optimization, and Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) studies across single-parent, group, and cell captive structures, including domicile comparison across onshore and offshore jurisdictions.
+ Manage end-to-end captive program placement: prepare submissions to fronting insurers, negotiate pricing, terms, and collateral arrangements (LOCs, trusts, parental guarantees), and obtain conventional market declinations ...
