Senior Accounting & Reporting Analyst – Hybrid, Global Team

Alcon is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join the Finance team in Mexico City. This hybrid role covers accounting, cost and financial reporting, and supports accounts payable/receivable and credit & collections.

You will ensure compliance with recording standards, reconcile key accounts, and prepare internal and external reports, with advanced English in a multicultural environment. Three in-office days per week are typical.
