Senior Accounting Manager

Senior Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end accounting functions and manage a small team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will optimize our financial processes to support rapidly scaling start-up operations.


Responsibilities
•Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accountants covering all day-to-day functions (AP, AR, GL, Inventory)
• Financial Management: Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and ensure timely, accurate consolidated financial statements
• Process Scaling: Design and implement robust internal controls and scalable workflows to support a mid-size headcount, multi-location business
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and ensure strict compliance with accounting standards •Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Finance Director to provide financial insights that drive business growth
