Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- GL & Operations: Manage end‑to‑end AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting; verify payment requests and submit regular reports to HQ per group templates.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate monthly/quarterly GST and Withholding Tax (WHT) returns; assist with ECI and Corporate Income Tax filings; ensure timely payments to IRAS.
- Audit & Controls: Liaise with external auditors and IRAS; prepare audit schedules and respond to tax assessments; maintain systematic filing of accounting records per the Companies Act.
- Strategic Support: Assist in developing accounting policies and SOPs; analyze financial data for business decisions; undertake ad-hoc accounting projects and other assignments as required by HQ or local management while providing essential support to local operations and administrative functions.
