Job Description
Role Summary
Oversees client portfolios, supervises bookkeeping teams, ensures trust accounting compliance, and manages client relationships. Plays a key role in driving efficiency and quality within entity’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee bookkeeping and trust accounting for multiple property management clients (STR & LTR).
- Review and finalize reconciliations, journal entries, and reports prepared by juniors and mid-level bookkeepers.
- Handle complex transactions, clearing account issues, accruals, and adjustments.
- Lead client communications, addressing reporting requirements, queries, and escalations.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Junior and Bookkeepers; provide feedback and training.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, trust accounting rules, and client contracts.
