Position SummaryThe Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the accounting operations ofRetirement Communities during a period of significant transformation and growth.This is a hands-on accounting position for a highly motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of deliverables, and consistently meets deadlines.The ideal candidate is someone who built a strong accounting foundation early in their career, preferably through experience in a public accounting firm or small accounting practice, and has since developed solid full-cycle accounting experience.This individual must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work on time without requiring constant follow-up.Key Responsibilities- Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
