In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Corporate Services to manage essential Finance functions. Your contributions will support accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger tasks, ensuring that all financial postings are accurate. Your role also includes monitoring cash flow and implementing effective internal controls aligned with GAAP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily, monthly, and yearly accounting and reporting
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Monitor cash flow and enforce financial policies
• Complete monthly closings and prepare financial reports
• Assist with stakeholder and funder reporting
