At Factorial we're looking for a senior Account Manager for the ROW (Rest of the World) Market to help us boost the company to the next level. This role is all about being there for our customer whilst leveraging upselling and renegotiation opportunities. We work with international clients, coming from various markets (UKI, US, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Poland, Middle East)

It’s the perfect blend of hitting upsell targets and making sure our XL clients remain satisfied.We’re looking for seniority, drive and ambition.

What you'll do

• Constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations and strategize a personalized upsell plan.


• Provide after-sales support...
