We are hiring a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. You will support a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area, delivering work across medical affairs.

What you'll do
You will:

• Manage medical communications projects across medical affairs deliverables
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Be a client-facing contact, supporting daily communication and building strong working relationships
• Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members
• Work closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues
• Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
• Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working
