Senior 2nd Line IT Support Technician – Windows 11 & M365

ExamWorks Group is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician – Level 2 to provide advanced technical support to end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD, and acting as an escalation point for 1st Line Service Desk.

You will collaborate closely with the Service Desk Manager and IT Operations teams, support end user devices, maintain service standards, and mentor junior staff. The position is office based in Horwich Bolton and offers a full-time contract.
