Job Description
SEND Teaching assistant
We are proudly working with an excellent SEND school in Newark to find them an experienced, passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis working with children and young people aged 9-17.
In order to be a successful SEND TA you must:
Have experience working with children with a variation of special educational needs and disabilities.Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
Be kind, patient and understanding
Have effective written and verbal communication skills
Have compassion and Empathy
Be able to work on own initiative
Be able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
Working with children with SEND is an extremely rewarding role, if you are interested please apply as soon as possible
