SEND Learning Support Assistant

Location : Calne, Wiltshire

Salary : £91.49 - £101.01 during trial (equivalent £17,842 - £19,698 actual salary, term time only)

Type : Permanent – via temp‑to‑perm contract (60 day trial contract)

Hours : 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Start date : ASAP

Our client is a very successful, multi‑site Alternative Provision serving primary‑aged learners. We are seeking someone with previous experience who can act as a positive role model for young children. The ideal candidate has experience working with children who have SEMH, are experiencing trauma, and display challenging behaviour, as well as other SEND needs. While experience in an educational setting with SEND learners is preferred, other relevant experience may be considered.
