Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: North London Secondary School
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Start: September 2026

We're recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a fantastic secondary school in North London. The school supports students aged 11-16 with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Classes are small and nurturing, with a strong focus on inclusion, independence, and wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
- 1:1 and small group support: Work alongside students in lessons across the curriculum
- Personalised learning: Help adapt resources and deliver interventions to meet individual EHCP targets
- Behaviour and emotional support: Be a calm, consistent presence and help students develop social and self-regulation skills
