SEN Teaching Assistant – SEMH Support for Teens

Waltham Forest is looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work with students aged 11-16, providing one-to-one and small group support to enhance their educational experience.

Your role will involve building relationships, assisting in behaviour management, and promoting independent engagement in learning. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEMH needs and strong interpersonal skills.
