Tradewind are currently partnered with an outstanding SEN school in the Hertford area who are looking for motivated educators who can have a real impact on their SEN students.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working predominantly on a 1-1 basis with children with a range of different needs including ASD, ADHD, MLD and global learning delays.

You will be responsible for following the child's educational health care plan and liaising with the SEN team and parents where appropriate to provide feedback on progress. You will also be involved with any decisions regarding areas for improvement.
