Job Description
The Role
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs including SEN, SEND, PMLD, and SEMH
- Provide one-to-one and small-group classroom support
- Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
- Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support pupil progress
We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs
- Experience within schools, specialist provisions, care settings, or youth support environments
- Patient, resilient, and nurturing individuals
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Flexible and reliable Teaching Assistants who can adapt to different settings
