Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance, facilitate small group activities, and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning styles for students with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities.
• Work alongside the class teacher to ensure each lesson is engaging, accessible, and tailored to the unique needs of students.
• Support day-to-day classroom activities and, where appropriate, guide a student through challenges in subjects such as maths or participate in sensory-rich activities in art.
• Collaborate with our school community, including involvement in extracurricular activities, school events, and occasional field trips.
