SEN Teacher (Secondary)
Full‑Time | Permanent | Start: September 2026
Location: Reading (also Thatcham & Newbury)
Role
You will work closely with students who have complex needs.
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Your responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that support academic progress, communication, independence, and personal development, as well as collaborating with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic and inclusive education.
Ideal Candidate
- Hold QTS or be motivated to pursue teacher training
