SEN PE Teacher

We are working on behalf of an SEN school based in Worcestershire who are looking for an SEN PE teacher to carry out long-term interim cover.

The role would be to start in the autumn term and would be till Christmas in the first instance.
The school will be advertising the role and therefore would wee applications from any temporary member of staff covering the position.

The role is Monday to Friday, am – pm, and the role would be on a term-time only temporary time sheet basis with the teacher being paid to scale in line with their experience and qualifications

You would be teaching pupils from 11 to 16 years of age who have been excluded or are at the risk of being excluded from mainstream due to social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges

Some pupils also have other special needs such as ASC and ADHD, but are taught in small classes with experienced Teaching Assistants supporting
