SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant

*** 1:1 and small group support within the school’s SEN unit (Complex Needs)
The Role:
Work within the school’s SEN unit, supporting pupils with complex needs through structured 1:1 work and small-group intervention. You will help children follow routines, access learning at the right level, stay engaged, and build confidence, while working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to monitor progress and respond to individual need.
