Semiconductor Test Applications Engineer – Global Impact

Teradyne is seeking a highly motivated Test Application Engineer for its SEG Field Applications team in Malaysia. You will develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices on Teradyne ATE platforms, while supporting correlations and production releases.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in test/product engineering, with 5+ years in test development, proficiency in C# .NET or VBA, and experience with UltraFLEX platforms.
