Seeking occasional babysitter for short afternoon visits

I'm looking for a reliable babysitter to help with occasional afternoon care for my 6-year-old after school. The role would involve supervising homework, light snack prep, and a bit of outdoor play or a simple indoor activity. Availability would be needed on an as-needed basis, typically 2–4 hours per session, with at least 24 hours notice when possible. It’s important that the caregiver is patient, has prior experience with young children, and can provide references. We value punctuality, clear communication, and compliance with any current safety guidelines. A basic first aid familiarity is a plus. Fluent English is preferred for ease of interaction with my child.
