Seeking math tutor for high school algebra and geometry in the UK

I’m looking for a patient and engaging math tutor to help my teenager with algebra and geometry homework and exam prep. We prefer in-person sessions at our home in the London area, but online is also fine if the tutor has strong communication and can provide clear explanations. Topics include solving equations, graphing functions, and understanding triangles and theorem basics. Ideally, the tutor would assess current level, tailor lessons to practice problems, and provide quick feedback after each session. Availability on weekday evenings or weekend mornings is preferred. Please share credentials, hourly rate, and references.
