Security Supervisor (Overnight)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Overnight Security Supervisor at Nemacolin is responsible for: Following broadly based directions, training and developing subordinate Security Department personnel, implementing Department Management directive, supervising Security Department personnel, reading and analyzing a wide variety of instructional and training information, interacting and communicating with people representing a wide variety of units and organizations, conducting disciplinary and counseling sessions when necessary, developing department schedules, ensuring operational status, and conducting weekly random checks of alarm systems.
