Summary About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Security Specialist (Disclosure) at US SOUTHCOM - Chief of Staff - Foreign Disclosure Office in Miami, FL. Responsibilities Authorize the disclosure or release of US Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to foreign governments and international organizations. Provide expertise on foreign disclosure and guidance based on DoD (Department of Defense) policies and regulations. Review materials to determine if all disclosure criteria have been met. Coordinate with various officials to determine recipient requirements and to resolve any potential disclosure issues. Conduct inspection trips to offsite components and military groups. Adjudicate the disclosure of information to foreign governments and international organizations.
