Salary and Benefits
AfC Band 3 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,818.72 per annum (pro rata).
Working Hours
15.57 hours per week, rostered over two days. Flexibility required; weekend work included.

Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the hospital through the application of agreed policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control access to the hospital, ensuring all persons entering and leaving are authorised; search and escort staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Perform daily perimeter fence checks, including walking around a mile over uneven terrain and standing for extended periods.
- Respond professionally and courteously to all situations, including disputes and confrontations, promoting respect and dignity.
