Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute daily deployment duties across assigned security duty points
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at entrances with a professional and courteous approach
- Support vehicle operations by opening/closing doors and managing front lobby flow
- Provide assistance with wheelchairs, trolleys, and general wayfinding needs
- Coordinate taxi services, portering, and patient transport support
- Manage traffic flow within roads and carpark areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support car park operations, including access and operational matters
- Administer key control, card access systems, and contractor passes
- Monitor and review CCTV footage and maintain accurate incident records
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, evacuations)
