Security Officer

Reporting to the Director, Security, Loss & Prevention, the Security Officer protects the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. This role involves monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, enforcing hotel policies, and providing professional, guest‑focused service to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Security & Safety Operations

• Patrol the hotel premises both interior and exterior to ensure guests, colleagues, and assets are secure at all times.
• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity and prevent security breaches.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents such as theft, vandalism, disturbances, or emergencies.
