Job Purpose
Providing dependable and reliable security solutions across multiple roles within a latest Flagship development. The officer must be adaptable to changes in duties and environments whilst the site transitions from its construction phase toward a fully functioning multi‑tenanted site.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high security awareness at all times; potential threats occur beyond the immediate perimeter of the premises.
- Deliver a pleasant, welcoming and positive experience at all times – the kind you would like to receive as a visitor to a new premises.
- Anticipate clients' needs/problems before they arise and either offer a solution or escalation to Duty Manager in a timely manner.
