Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional and proactive guest service while collaborating with colleagues.
• Regularly patrol all areas and buildings to ensure safety and security.
• Address and manage the presence of trespassers or unauthorized individuals on the property.
• Carry out security and baggage checks as necessary.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Observe and report any vehicle violations on the property, including parking issues, speeding and dangerous driving.
• Respond promptly to activated fire prevention systems, investigate causes and report findings.
• Address guest and staff concerns, offering first aid and casualty care in a timely, compassionate and helpful manner.
• Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with all departments.
