Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the organization’s specific risk landscape.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats.
- Manage and oversee all security personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to protocols for effective incident response.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to establish effective crisis management and response plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
