Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answertelephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provideinformation during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
- Changing of Visitor and Contractor Passes to Authorize personnel
- Answer to Alarm according to regulations set by the Singapore Civil Defense Force regulations and investigate any disturbances.
- Monitoring of the Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance in and outside the Premises.
- Issue keys to authorize personnel and record of the key movements
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Monitorand authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and otherpersons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
