Responsibilities Performs a wide range of duties to include plans, analysis, development, and coordination, as well as evaluation of current NSEP and contingency telecommunications plans (D-16-1). Serves as the primary subject matter technical expert and directly leads IT and Information Management system administration and management for the assigned site. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of a Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Ground Entry Point (GEP). Serves as the primary IT technical expert for the assigned site, providing full-spectrum support for desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, VTC, and mission-critical information systems. Manages HF, VHF, UHF, Ku-band SATCOM, and RF-over-fiber systems. Leads setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of radio and satellite communications networks.
