Role Overview
This is an intermediate-level management position for an experienced leader who will guide a team in managing the processing of securities and derivatives orders and transactions. The primary objective is to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence within the Transaction Services team.
What you'll do
Operational Resolution & Expertise: Address and resolve complex settlement issues, acting as a subject matter expert. Interpret policies and guidelines, escalating critical issues as necessary.
