We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual with strong attention to detail who can ensure full delivery of client service level agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, supporting operational requirements across multiple sites, and building positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across sites within your allocated remit.
  • Respond to Sector Manager requests and operational requirements as needed.
  • Complete periodic cleaning to 100% of the client specification and schedule.
  • Adhere to all client-specific security procedures and policies.
  • Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and company personnel.
