Secret Cleared Budget Analyst

Job Description
This individual will support one of our top defense clients by owning key components of the budget and financial lifecycle within a U.S. Army program office. They will work across multiple SAP-based systems to build, execute, and track spend plans, ensuring accurate fund allocation, compliance, and reporting. This role is highly analytical and hands-on, requiring close collaboration with program managers and finance stakeholders to keep funding aligned with mission priorities while resolving discrepancies in real time. Key responsbilites include:
- Building and managing detailed spend plans across multiple appropriations and funding lines
- Executing and tracking funds within SAP-based systems including GFEBS, CCaR, and LMP
- Creating and maintaining financial documentation such as WBS, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and MIPRs
