Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a creative and dedicated Secondary Performing Arts Teacher to join our school and teach the MYP (Middle Years Programme) curriculum. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading music and drama extracurricular activities, including running school musical productions and nurturing students' creativity and skills in the performing arts.
Job Responsibility
- Instruct students in the MYP curriculum for performing arts
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with MYP guidelines
- Lead and supervise music and drama extracurricular activities (ECA)
- Organize and oversee school musical productions, including auditions, rehearsals, and performances
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students interested in pursuing the performing arts beyond the classroom
