Second Cook (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

As a Second Cook you will produce and organize the mise en place of the kitchen, help the First Cook, and perform the following activities:

• Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
• Set up the orders for sales points
• Maintain organization and hygiene in the kitchen
• Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under supervision
• Store and check the validity of food
• Assist other departments whenever necessary
• Transfer shift information during changeovers
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
