Scope of Experience
- Frontline Engineering – real plant and heavy industrial site exposure
- Deep Technical Mastery – asset performance, reliability engineering and RCM strategy
- Problem Solving – root‑cause analysis and performance optimisation projects
- Digital Analytics – engineering data interpretation
- Mentorship – direct guidance from senior engineers with quarterly performance tracking
Qualifications
- BEng/BSc Engineering degree completed
- Minimum 1year relevant engineering experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Positive, “will travel anywhere” mindset and willingness to relocate
- Disciplines of interest: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Design
