**Seasonal Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** Summit, NJ
**Pay:** $20.00/hour
**Assignment:** Seasonal (October through January, with potential to extend)
Join a customer-focused team delivering exceptional service during the busy holiday season! We're looking for friendly, tech-savvy professionals who enjoy helping people and creating outstanding customer experiences.
**Schedule**
**Training:** First 2 weeks are **100% onsite** in Summit, NJ
After training(remote), choose one of the following schedules:
+ **Friday - Tuesday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
+ **Monday - Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM** (phones close at 8:00 PM)
**Important:** No vacation requests or call-outs will be approved during the blackout period of **November 14 through December 2** .

+ Provide exceptional white glove customer service via phone, email, and chat.
