Union Coop needs active and skilled Seafood Preparation Specialists to manage the fresh fish counters, assist customers with their orders, and maintain strict food hygiene rules inside the hypermarket.

Daily Supermarket Tasks

• Listen to the customer's order and cut the raw fish exactly how they want it (like slices for frying or thick pieces for curry).
• Weigh the cleaned seafood on the digital scale, wrap it tightly in thick plastic, and stick the correct price barcode on top.
• Refill the large ice machines constantly so the fresh crabs and fishes stay freezing cold and do not go bad during the day.
• Clean the glass display windows from the inside so shoppers can clearly see the fresh food without looking at dirty water marks.
