Responsibilities

• Scale and fillet various types of raw fish exactly according to the specific cooking requests made by the waiting shoppers.
• Arrange premium seafood beautifully over fresh crushed ice to attract walking customers toward the glass display counters.
• Pack wet seafood securely in thick, double-layered plastic bags so oily liquids do not leak inside the customer's shopping cart.
• Sanitize all processing knives, weighing scales, and floor drains continuously to pass strict Dubai Municipality food safety inspections.
