SEA Regional Service Admin & Sales Specialist

Leica Microsystems Singapore is seeking a SEA Service Admin and Service Sales professional to lead service administration, warranty and repair coordination, billing, service calls, and preventive maintenance scheduling across Southeast Asia.

You will drive data accuracy in SAP and SFDC, support pricing reviews, assist service sales initiatives, and perform data analysis to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction, while upholding Lean principles.
